About the role
We are seeking a Master Automotive Technician who is available Monday through Friday. This position offers a 5-day work week, paid holidays, paid day off for your birthday, vacation after 90 days, 100% health insurance reimbursement ($600 cap), a 401k with 3% matching, paid training, extensive training at your own pace, a service advisor that can sell your work, a supportive team that wants to help you succeed, and massive growth potential with plans for multiple shops in the future.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various automotive issues
- Perform routine maintenance checks
- Install and service new parts and systems
- Communicate effectively with customers and other team members
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel to different locations as needed
