About the role
We are seeking a Master Automotive Technician to join our team in Bentonville, AR. This position is Monday through Friday, offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance reimbursement, a 401k with matching, paid training, and extensive on-the-job training.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various makes and models of vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of automotive repair experience
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Qualifications

- Automotive technician certification preferred
