About the role
We are seeking a Master Automotive Technician to join our team in Bentonville, AR. This position is Monday through Friday, offers a comprehensive benefits package including 100% health insurance reimbursement, 401k with 3% matching, paid training, and extensive on-the-job training.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various makes and models of vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance checks
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers
- Train new technicians and assist in sales efforts
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of automotive repair experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with diagnostic equipment
- Strong communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive technician certification preferred
