Responsibilities
- Operate equipment and perform machine set-ups.
- Perform first piece inspection, monitor the quality of all parts, and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Perform the duties required to record data for SPC, ISO/QS documentation.
- Move material by operating forklift and the use of overhead crane device.
- Perform minor machine maintenance.
- Help teammates as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Ability to use gages, micrometers, calipers, comparators, wrenches and other general tools and equipment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge in ISO/QS requirements.
- Ability to operate equipment and perform machine set up.
- Ability to complete Job Skills Training Matrix for Nut Former Operator.
- Ability to consistently meet production and quality standards.
- Ability to demonstrate the knowledge and understanding of all required operator documentation.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Ability to identify routine problems and implement corrective actions to eliminate.
- Use math skills for blueprint reading.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the manufacturing processes and machine requirements to perform basic and repetitive work assignments.
Skills

Schedule
2nd and 3rd shift opening. Train on 1st shift for up to 12 months.

Education
HS Diploma, GED preferred, but not required.
Experience
Mechanical/Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
