About the Role

The Nursing Supervisor facilitates an interdisciplinary approach to patient care, patient flow, staffing, resource utilization, and problem solving on a given shift. They function under the direction of the Sr. Director in collaboration with the Nurse Managers to create an environment conducive to maintaining established standards of practice.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Clinical Nursing experience preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of Nursing Leadership experience preferred
• Excellent quality of Nursing Care as part of a comprehensive care team
• Must meet all criteria associated with responsibilities detailed in this document and the core/unit specific competencies for registered nurses
• Must provide timely, positive responses to the needs of all customers including patients, families, co-workers and physicians

Qualifications/Training/Experience

• BSN preferred
• Current Massachusetts RN licensure
• Current BLS/ACLS certification
• Unit-specific competencies/certifications (i.e. NRP, PALS, specialty certifications)

Salary Range

• Salary Range: $45.47-$71.02
• Salary Range Details: The pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set, and education.
