Responsibilities
Provide nursing leadership in managing the operations of the hospital
Collaborate with nursing management to provide clinical leadership as well as cohesive and consistent nursing plans for 24/7 operations
Manage staff and hospital census to ensure clinically sound care
Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
Provide milieu management
Requirements
- Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License required
- BSN required
- Minimum of 1 year of managerial or supervisory nursing experience in an inpatient behavioral health facility required
