Make an Impact! Use your communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills to oversee the administrative responsibility of the Hospital in the absence of the Administrator. As a part of our Interdisciplinary Team working within the Bryn Mawr Rehab your leadership is an integral part of the Patient Experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the nursing service
• Ensure the highest quality care is being provided to patients
• Assign staff to the appropriate clinical area based on their skill mix

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years clinical RN experience required, Nursing leadership experience preferred
• Prior Management, Supervisor, Charge, Coordinator or other related leadership experience is preferred.
• Graduate of accredited school of Nursing.
• BSN Required. MSN or other related graduate degree preferred.
• PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.
• Certification in specialty area is preferred.

Pay

$64.50 - $71.50

Schedule

Per Diem, Night Shift 36 hours per 6 weeks of the scheduling period. Weekend and holiday rotational based on department need, determined by Manager.
