Key Responsibilities

  • Aid managers in overseeing the daily operations of all crew at your facility
  • Complete standup meetings pre-shift
  • Document attendance issues following attendance policy
  • Ensure inspections are completed and problems are tagged, reported, and followed up
  • Ensure the park is clean and delegate cleaning duties to team members
  • Delegate timekeeping tasks, ensuring management staff approve clock-in/out punches each shift
  • Complete daily schedule templates
  • Assess team and move crew around as needed
  • Assess team for training and re-training needs
  • Handle guest complaints
  • Complete and submit incident reports
  • Support GMs in completing guest and team member incident reports
  • Ensure team members who are injured are retrained if necessary
  • If team member needs medical attention, call Safety Manager immediately
  • Work alongside crew as needed, fill in for breaks as needed
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested

Ongoing Responsibilities

  • Support GMs' goal of ensuring team meets or exceeds turnover times
  • Assist with ride audits if needed
  • Retrain/coach as needed
  • Update standup meeting information
  • Communicate changes to other operations managers
  • Ensure facility is well-maintained
  • Notify GM if something needs to be fixed

Supervisory Responsibility

  • Assists Operations Managers and General Manager in managing all employees of the department
  • Responsible for leadership, performance management, and retention of crew members within its department

Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to talk or hear
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, using hands to handle, or feel, and reaching with hands and arms
  • Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Education

High School diploma or GED equivalent required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time position with hours of work and days determined by the General Manager. Evenings, weekends, and some holidays are required as job duties demand.
