Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Aid managers in overseeing the daily operations of all crew at your facility
• Complete standup meetings pre-shift
• Document attendance issues following attendance policy
• Ensure inspections are completed and problems are tagged, reported, and followed up
• Verify that the park is clean and delegate cleaning duties to team members
• Delegate timekeeping tasks, ensuring management staff approve clock-in/out punches each shift
• Complete daily schedule templates to cover all positions
• Assess team and move crew members as needed
• Assess team for training and re-training needs
• Field guest complaints
• Complete and submit incident reports as needed
• Assist Operations Managers in completing guest and team member incident reports
• Ensure team members who are injured are retrained if necessary
• If a team member needs medical attention, call the Safety Manager immediately
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested

Ongoing Responsibilities

• Support the GM's goal of ensuring team meets or exceeds turnover times
• Assist with ride audits if needed
• Retrain and coach as needed
• Update standup meeting information
• Communicate to other operations managers if something is added or changed
• Ensure facility is well-maintained
• Notify the GM if something needs to be fixed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff
