Benefits: Our benefits package includes: generous paid vacation, sick, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, group legal benefits, professional development, retirement plan, educational assistance, tuition waiver for employee and dependents, wellness programming including onsite gyms, pools and classes. We also have schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (with occasional evenings and weekends). Telework eligibility 1 day a week. We need sections: About the role (maybe a brief description), Responsibilities (list duties), Requirements (maybe required qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe certifications?), Skills (maybe not explicit), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler. So we need to decide which sections have real content. We have: - About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph describing the position: "Montgomery College, Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus, seeks candidates for a Full-time, Nursing Simulation Coordinator in the Nursing Department." plus maybe mention of non-bargaining exempt grade 31, telework eligibility, etc. That seems substantive. - Responsibilities: The list of duties (coordinate simulation activities, develop standards, faculty development, manage budget, research trends, oversee simulation suite, develop scenarios, interface with faculty, promote teaching, conduct analyses, supervise staff, track supplies, track participation, assist with skills evaluations, orient new staff, etc.). That's substantive. - Requirements: Could be the "Required Qualifications" block: Master's degree in Nursing, five years acute care med-surg nursing experience, three years teaching experience, three years instructional design, experience in simulation pedagogy, equivalent combination considered, authorized to work in US, no visa sponsorship. That's requirements. - Qualifications: Could be certifications/licenses: Unencumbered MD and DC RN license, CPR-BLS, CHSE. Also maybe mention of eligibility for licensure. That's qualifications. - Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe we could infer but we should not invent. So we should omit Skills section if no specific content. - Benefits: The benefits package list. - Pay: Hiring range $81,740 - $106,250 annually, initial salary placement between min and midpoint, max salary $130,760 annually. - Schedule: Work schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (with occasional evenings and weekends). Telework eligibility 1 day a week, subject to change, residency restrictions. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, tobacco-free, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, application instructions. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like "Non-Bargaining, Exempt Grade 31 position", "telework eligibility 1 day(s) a week", "Telework eligibility and total days per week are subject to change based on the operational needs of the applicable unit/area." Also residency restrictions. We need to format as HTML with

for section headings,
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide what is a list vs prose. For responsibilities, we have many duties; we can make a

      with each duty as
    • . For requirements, also a list. For benefits, list. For qualifications (certifications), maybe list. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. So no

for Nursing Simulation Coordinator. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. First, About the role: Could be a

containing the introductory sentences: "Montgomery College, Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus, seeks candidates for a Full-time, Nursing Simulation Coordinator in the Nursing Department. This is a Non-Bargaining, Exempt Grade 31 position. The position is eligible for telework 1 day per week, subject to change based on operational needs; employees must reside in and perform approved telework from Maryland, Washington, DC, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, or Pennsylvania." Also mention of fairness, belonging, inclusiveness maybe? That's part of the college's statement; could be included. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can include that statement about promoting fairness, belonging, inclusiveness. Thus About the role paragraph could combine. Responsibilities: We'll list each duty as

    • . Need to capture all duties from the text. Let's extract duties list: - Oversee the simulation suite, which provides a safe environment for students to mimic activities that happens in an actual clinical environment. - The simulation suite serves as a resource for students and faculty to practice peer-reviewed scenarios to enrich the students while they practice how to professionally care for patients, prioritizing patient care, learn to delegate, communicate and team work. - Develop, collaborate and implement the simulation component of the nursing program. - Interface with faculty, staff and students in coordinating the development of scenarios, as well as policies, procedures and practices to be used in simulations. - Promote and coordinate the teaching, learning, and evaluation activities conducted by faculty, students and members of the community in the use of simulations and improve educational practices within the simulation program. - Conduct analyses of occupational and academic areas to determine the requirements for revision of existing and new instructional systems including training programs. - Supervise staff to include: prioritizing, and assigning work, setting schedules, conducting performance evaluations, coaching, developing, and training staff, hiring, and recommending disciplinary actions. - Identify, track and monitor supplies required for simulation. - Track numbers of students participating in simulations and hours of participation, evaluate simulation effectiveness, and collect and report data relevant to student outcomes. - Assist with skills evaluations in the context of simulation. - Orient new nursing and other health science faculty, staff, students to simulation. - Perform other duties as assigned. Also earlier: coordinate all simulation activities to develop and implement standards across the nursing curriculum, promote successful teaching strategies using simulations, provide faculty development in the use of simulations, and provide assistance running simulations. The simulation coordinator will promote excellence in clinical education through the use of quality simulations. Additionally, the incumbent will collaborate with faculty to establish standards for simulation used in the nursing program; develop simulation scenarios and written scripts as a supplement the nursing clinical experiences; manage the budget for simulation suite expenses and provide monthly tracking updates; and research major trends and innovations in clinical practice as it relates to topics taught in simulated clinical laboratory. Also: Montgomery College is the host school for the Maryland Clinical Simulation Resource Consortium (MCSRC). Might be a duty? Could be included as a responsibility. We need to include all these. Thus responsibilities list will be long; we can combine similar items but must preserve detail. We'll create separate
    • for each distinct duty. Let's list them: 1. Coordinate all simulation activities to develop and implement standards across the nursing curriculum. 2. Promote successful teaching strategies using simulations. 3. Provide faculty development in the use of simulations. 4. Provide assistance running simulations. 5. Promote excellence in clinical education through the use of quality simulations. 6. Collaborate with faculty to establish standards for simulation used in the nursing program. 7. Develop simulation scenarios and written scripts as a supplement to nursing clinical experiences. 8. Manage the budget for simulation suite expenses and provide monthly tracking updates. 9. Research major trends and innovations in clinical practice as it relates to topics taught in simulated clinical laboratory. 10. Oversee the simulation suite, which provides a safe environment for students to mimic activities that happen in an actual clinical environment. 11. The simulation suite serves as a resource for students and faculty to practice peer-reviewed scenarios to enrich students while they practice how to professionally care for patients, prioritizing patient care, learn to delegate, communicate and team work. 12.
