Responsibilities
- Scheduling students in the skills and simulation lab.
- Ensure that all required student documentation for lab hours are complete.
- Lab set up sheets and updates done yearly.
- Maintain the EHR in the simulation lab.
- Consults with the clinical course faculty as needed.
- Attend end-of-semester meetings and simulation committee meetings.
- Affixes with the Clinical Placement specialist with BLS and 95 fit testing (20%).
Requirements
- Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and two years of combined experience in teaching skills and/or experience. A Master’s degree is beneficial yet not required.
- Current NH RN license or eligibility is required.
- Experience with clinical undergraduate nursing education preferred.
- Demonstrated strong computer skills, including expertise in data management and in using multiple software packages required.
Qualifications
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Experience with clinical undergraduate nursing education preferred. Demonstrated strong computer skills, including expertise in data management and in using multiple software packages required. Willing to learn new computer programs for the electronic health record and educational components of the program.
