Nursing Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Manage initial and ongoing assignments for clinical staff
• Communicate assignments to clinical staff and patients
• Participate in recruitment and retention efforts
• Support customer service programs
• Schedule resident appointments
• Set up transportation arrangements
• Work some shifts on the floor
• Provide direct patient care as needed

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience scheduling in the healthcare industry
• Currently certified as a Nurse Aide in Wisconsin
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer proficient and capable of learning new software
• Able to promote strong interpersonal relationships
