Responsibilities

• Teach in his/her assigned area.
• Work with faculty to promote continuous improvement of the quality of instruction.
• Faculty training and development.
• Cordination and administration of the academic program for achievement of student outcomes.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of an earned Master of Science degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: Hold an unrestricted RN license to practice in TN or in one of the eNLC compact states.
• Experience: 2 years professional experience in education or staff development at the associate degree level or higher required
  2 years of additional previous experience in academic leadership required
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in academic administration and/or leadership.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that inspire others.
• Familiarity with TN State Board of Nursing.
• Proficiency in instructional methodology, curriculum design, and program planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and advise nursing faculty.
