About the role
We are seeking a Nursing Manager to oversee the 24-hour operation of patient care units, services, or programs as assigned by leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies
- Supervise staff, manage budgets and human resources, and ensure high-quality patient care
- Coordinate care delivery, staffing, hiring, evaluating, coaching, and performance management of a team exceeding 50 employees
- Collaborate with medical and administrative leaders to develop quality indicators, monitor care standards, and support performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure availability of appropriate supplies and training tailored to patient populations
- Lead projects to meet organizational and patient needs
- Develop unit goals, evaluate staff performance, and participate in budget planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Three years of RN experience with two in relevant areas
- Current RN licensure
