About the Role

Oversee the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) within the Healthcare & Medical Services department, ensuring safe, high-quality care for critically ill newborns.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily NICU operations to ensure safe, high-quality care for critically ill newborns.
• Mentor and supervise nursing staff, manage scheduling, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Drive quality improvement and safety initiatives within the unit.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Support families and foster a culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence.
