Qualifications
- Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Business, Public Administration, Management or related field.
- Candidates actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program may be considered by Nursing Leadership & Human Resources. Degree must be completed within an reasonable time frame – normally 24-months.
- Experience
- 3 years’ related experience; minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of team building, systems thinking, complex problem solving, negotiating and influencing; change and conflict management; data analysis; coaching and mentoring, strategic planning, business strategy development.
- Computer skills required.
- Licensure/Certifications
- Current Arizona RN License in applicable discipline.

- Preferred Requirements
- Experience: 5 years’ related experience; 3 years supervisory experience.

Carondelet St. Raphaels Emergency Center offers a new approach to healthcare in southeast Tucson, serving the needs of the growing community with emphasis on quality, convenience and efficiency. A full-service emergency center, Carondelet St. Raphaels treats everything from broken bones to cardiac and stroke emergencies and life-threatening injuries with compassionate care delivered by experienced doctors and triage nurses. We offer services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Join our team!
