Join Affinity’s dynamic senior leadership team! We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee operations of a premier, faith-based CCRC with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality of life, people-centered care, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct daily operations of a full-service CCRC, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and dialysis.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Provide strong leadership that aligns with our mission, vision, and values.
  • Responsible for 24/7 oversight of campus operations.
  • Emphasize sound fiscal management and high-quality resident care.
  • Requires excellent communication skills, strategic planning experience, and passion for senior care.

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or Healthcare Administration
  • 5+ years as an Administrator in a CCRC
  • 5–10 years in long-term care
  • Experience with diversified campus services (plus)
  • Current PA NHA license or eligible via reciprocity
  • Strong leadership, financial acumen, integrity, and communication skills
