Join Affinity’s dynamic senior leadership team! We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to oversee operations of a premier, faith-based CCRC with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality of life, people-centered care, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct daily operations of a full-service CCRC, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and dialysis.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Provide strong leadership that aligns with our mission, vision, and values.
- Responsible for 24/7 oversight of campus operations.
- Emphasize sound fiscal management and high-quality resident care.
- Requires excellent communication skills, strategic planning experience, and passion for senior care.

Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or Healthcare Administration
- 5+ years as an Administrator in a CCRC
- 5–10 years in long-term care
- Experience with diversified campus services (plus)
- Current PA NHA license or eligible via reciprocity
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, integrity, and communication skills
