Nursing Faculty (Full & Part Time) Clinical and Lecture Bench Team Opportunities!

About the role

Hondros College of Nursing is seeking full-time or part-time instructors to join their growing team. Positions are available at all campus locations and are not currently active openings.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students off-campus at clinical sites and/or in a lab setting
• Promote a positive learning environment
• Work collaboratively to ensure full implementation of the curriculum
• Serve as a member of the Faculty Organization and Campus Curriculum Committees
• Teach courses in various modalities including clinical and lecture settings
• Evaluate student achievement and progress
• Supervise and orient students to the clinical site and relevant policies and procedures
• Implement the clinical experience component of the program, if applicable
• Tutor students to assist in meeting course objectives

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN)
• Clinical Faculty: Three or more years full-time work experience as a RN (or part-time equivalent)
• Lecture Faculty: At least three years full-time experience in the practice of nursing as a RN (or part-time equivalent)
• Active RN license in Ohio, Indiana, or Michigan
• Current/Active American Heart Association compliant Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
