Nursing Director of Quality Improvement & Population Health Management

Qualifications Required

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current RN license
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a leadership role
• Experience in population health management and quality improvement
• Strong understanding of social determinants of health and their impact on patient outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

Qualifications Desired

• Experience in healthcare policy and advocacy
• Leadership in implementing evidence-based practices
• Experience with grant writing and securing funding
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance

Schedule

Negotiable, typically Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend work required.
