About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design and implementation of new software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development process from conception to deployment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software products
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software development
  • Experience leading a team of developers
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++

$80,000 - $120,000 annually based on experience
