Nursing Clinical Manager - Sign-On Bonus!*

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the school's operations are in compliance with government, accreditation, and company policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical sites.
• Conduct clinical site visits, observations, and surveys and review the results with relevant parties.
• Aid with faculty recruitment, orientation, professional development, and evaluation.
• Ensure that all instructors are present, and provisions are made for clinical faculty absences.
• Schedule faculty and students for all clinical experiences.
• Manage and ensure satisfactory student progress through the clinical rotations and skill lab process.

Requirements

• BSN required, MSN a plus!
• Minimum 2 years of clinical education experience.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification and required immunizations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Current NJ State RN License.
