Nursing Assistant - Neuro Reg Care 8T; 0.4 FTE; Night shifts; M - F
0.4 FTE, 16 hours per week, non-benefit eligible. Overnight shifts (8 & 12 hours), Monday–Friday with holiday rotation. No weekends.
About the role
The Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs basic nursing assistant procedures as taught during their outside training and certification program. Responsibilities include practicing medical asepsis, respecting patient dignity and privacy, maintaining objectivity during care, adhering to hospital safety policies, and operating within their scope of training. The CNA works under the close supervision of a Registered Nurse, receiving written and oral assignments expected to be completed within their scheduled shift.
Join our 45-bed Neuro/Med-Surgical unit, where a dynamic, multidisciplinary team provides high-quality, compassionate care to complex neurological, medical, and surgical patients. Patient populations include acute stroke, chronic neurological illnesses, neurosurgery, and general medical/surgical cases.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic nursing assistant procedures as trained and certified.
- Practice medical asepsis and adhere to hospital safety policies.
- Respect patient dignity, privacy, and maintain objectivity during care.
- Work under the close supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Complete written and oral work assignments within scheduled shifts.
Requirements
- State of Wisconsin certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Current CPR certification or eligibility for certification.
- Must be available the first week of employment from 8 AM–4:30 PM for CNA orientation.

Pay
$21.04+ per hour.
