Nursing Assistant (NA) - Full-Time Day Shift

About the role

Regency Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. The Nursing Assistant (NA) plays a central role in delivering compassionate, excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Pick up shifts at both Sylvania and Oregon locations as needed.
• Bathing patients using basin-less bath products.
• Perform oral hygiene and oral feeding tasks.
• Care for patients' hair.
• Transport patients to and from various treatment centers.
• Assist transporters in moving patients in and out of stretchers and wheelchairs.
• Maintain cleanliness of various instruments and equipment.
• Keep patient rooms clean and orderly.
• Manage unit stock levels of supplies and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or relevant work experience (3+ years).
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or relevant work experience (3+ years).
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred: Hospital experience as a nursing assistant, certification as a nursing assistant, or experience in a related field (medical assistant, actively enrolled RN student).

Pay

$18.05 - $22.00 per hour, based on years of experience.
