Nursing Assistant/CNA (part-time/per diem )

About the Role

The Nursing Assistant works under the direction of the Staff Nurse and provides personal care assistance to residents in a 96-bed community specializing in care for adults with multiple sclerosis and other advanced neurological disorders. Residents are typically younger and more stable, often joining in mid-life and residing for 20+ years, allowing you to develop meaningful, long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, transfers using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming.
• Interact with residents and families daily, using customer service skills to ensure an exceptional experience.
