Nursing Assistant (CNA) - LTC ( 0.6-0.9 Flex)

About the role

Provide direct care to skilled nursing facility residents, ensuring safety and comfort while performing nursing assistant duties such as personal hygiene care, assisting with nutritional needs, monitoring resident condition, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and preventing abuse of vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene care to residents.
• Assist with meeting nutritional needs.
• Recognize and address issues related to the aging process.
• Recognize and promptly report changes in resident condition to the shift nurse.
• Maintain a safe, clean, attractive, and neat environment for residents.
• Be aware of and prevent abuse of vulnerable adults.
• Maintain awareness of safety issues and strive to accomplish responsibilities safely.
• Identify safety hazards and emergency situations and initiate corrective actions.

Requirements

Current registration on the applicable state nursing assistant registry (must be obtained within 4 months of hire/transfer date; if transitioning from a Nursing Assistant – Student position, registration is required upon hire/transfer).

Pay

Compensation range: $22.50 – $24.30 per hour.

Schedule

• Shift rotation: FTE Flex (Day/Evening/Night).
• Weekends rotation required.
• Holidays work required.
• No call obligation.
• FTE 0.8 (part‑time).
• Possible remote/hybrid option noted.
