Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Warren Haven is seeking qualified, team‑oriented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for its Warren County location, conveniently located a few miles from RT 80, 4 miles from RT 31 and 2 miles from RT 46. Apply now or call/stop by the facility for an interview.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with basic tasks such as eating, dressing, showers, and toileting when necessary.
• Respond to calls from patients for assistance or treatment and alert medical staff to pending emergency situations.
• Encourage residents to exercise and participate in scheduled activities.
• Perform housekeeping tasks, including replacing linens, cleaning patient rooms, and removing/replacing trash bags.
• Work with dining‑room personnel to ensure residents receive the correct meals and can eat to the best of their ability.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
• Active CNA license in New Jersey.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong bedside manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.

Pay

Earn up to $21.00 per hour (rate negotiable with experience). Sign‑on bonus: $5,000 for full‑time hires and $2,500 for part‑time hires. Employee referral bonuses are also available.
