Job Summary
Our Personal Care/Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively implement our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." You will develop awareness of residents' interests and needs, assisting them in maximizing independence and participation through care ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living, and recreational activities. You will also help maintain a safe environment for resident care.
About the role
Spring Mill Pointe is an award-winning community seeking Personal Care/Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who can provide exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living. You will work in shifts such as 11 pm - 7 am, every other Monday, Friday, and weekend.
Responsibilities
- Develop awareness of residents' interests and needs
- Aid residents in maximizing independence and participation
- Provide care ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living
- Assist with recreational activities
- Create a safe environment for resident care
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license

Pay
The pay rate for this position is $19-21 per hour.
Schedule
Shifts are 11 pm - 7 am, every other Monday, Friday, and weekend.
