Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

About the role

We are seeking team members who are looking to grow with us beyond the summer months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and resident safety
• Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols
• Accurately complete documentation, including vital signs
• Immediately report any violation of the Residents’ Bill of Rights

Requirements

• Current Wisconsin CNA license (required)
• Completion of an approved CNA training program
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Service-focused mindset with a desire to learn
• Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Pay

Starting Pay: $25/hour + Shift Differentials

$3,000 Sign on Bonus (Full Time)

Schedule

Full Time: 2nd Shift

Part Time: 2nd & 3rd Shifts

8-Hour Shifts
