Schedule

Full‑time, Day shift (United States of America).

Pay

Range: $16.42 – $26.28 per hour.

Requirements

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience: 1+ year of applicable Patient Care Technician (PCT) experience (preferred).
• Licenses & Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support – CPR (BLS) (required)
  • Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) (preferred)
  • Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant (CPCT/A) (preferred)
  • Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) (preferred)
• Physical Requirements: Must meet the facility’s physical requirements (see Physical Requirements).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Accurately perform vital signs and document them in the electronic medical record.
• Document and report all procedures accurately in accordance with department policy.
• Perform duties and patient care according to policy and procedure.
• Function appropriately within scope during clinical emergencies.
• Participate in practice changes resulting from performance‑improvement activities and support quality standards and initiatives.
• Follow CDC isolation guidelines, use PPE appropriately, perform hand hygiene per policy, and enforce safety regulations.
