Nursing Adjunct Instructors
About the Role
The Department of Nursing is seeking adjunct instructors for the 2026 academic year. If you are passionate about sharing your knowledge with others, consider joining TTC. Responsibilities include teaching day and/or evening classes, utilizing technology, and employing various teaching methods in instruction.
Responsibilities
- Teach day and/or evening classes
- Utilize technology in instruction
- Employ various teaching methods
- Provide clinical instruction/supervision for 8–9 students on medical-surgical acute care or specialty units
- Supervise clinical rotations for 7 weeks on Tuesdays and Thursdays or Mondays and Wednesdays (some weekends available)
Requirements
- Minimum of a BSN or MSN degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience as an RN in a relevant area
- Current SC RN license
- Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Pediatric clinical experience
- Clinical teaching experience in an ADN or BSN program
