Requirements

• Must possess valid unencumbered RN or LPN State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Leadership experience in skilled nursing strongly preferred

Job Duties

• Oversee clinical operations of the long-term unit
• Provide supervision and support to nursing staff
• Cook up with Physicians and Interdisciplinary Team to ensure high-quality resident care
• Develop, execute, and monitor care plans for residents
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Participate in on-call rotation
