Responsibilities

• Manages the nursing staff, scheduling breaks, reassigning employees from one area to another area as facility needs dictate, writing performance reviews, and enforcing policies with responsibility to issue Coaching and Corrective Action, as needed.
• Meets with administration, medical and nursing staff, therapy department, as well as other related departments in planning care
