About the role

The Nurse Tech facilitates patient care by providing physical care and nursing procedures beyond that of a Health Service Tech.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical care and nursing procedures under the direction of a nurse.
• Completes new clinical skills under the supervision of a nurse to ensure competency.

Requirements

• Post High School Special Training
• BLS Certification
• Actively enrolled in school and completing course work for an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Successfully completed Nursing II or an equivalent from a state accredited RN Program.
