Nurse Team Leader (RN) - Surgery

About the role

The Team Leader is responsible for independently managing assigned duties and collaborating with physicians, staff, and management to support the organization’s mission and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and engage a skilled, cohesive team through hands-on mentoring.
• Implement standardized work, competency tools, and educational events for the multidisciplinary robotics team, including nurses, surgical technicians, and assistants.
• Respond to customer needs and maximize resource utilization.
• Maintain quality standards and participate in data collection and analysis of quality indicators.
• Actively participate on the Robotics Steering Committee.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' OR experience, preferably in robotic surgery.
• RN or CST credentials required.
• Certifications such as CNOR or CSFA preferred.
