Reduce hospital acquired conditions and increase patient education. Demonstrate leadership, experience and creative approaches in the management of complex patient care. Coordinate care for diverse patient populations in a cost effective manner.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
• Clinical Nurse Leader certification issued by the Commission of Nurse Certification (CNC) preferred.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
• Master's degree required.

Additional Preferences

• 5 years minimum experience in the OR
• NOR preferred
