Licensure/Certification/Registration
- BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
- Clinical Nurse Leader certification issued by the Commission of Nurse Certification (CNC) preferred.
Education
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
- Master's degree required.

- 5 years minimum experience in the OR
