Nurse Supervisor RN

Responsibilities

• Provide positive leadership and direction of patient care
• Serve as a role model for professional conduct and ethical behavior
• Supervise licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants on assigned shift
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care
• Collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information

Requirements

• Licensed RN in good standing with the state
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in nursing
• CPR certified
• Able to react to emergency situations appropriately
• Reliable transportation required
