Nurse Supervisor - Adult Day Health

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support two or more nurses
• Aid with hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
• Oversee participant health services, including medications, treatments, physicals, and medical appointments
• Monitor quality of care and maintain a safe environment for participants and staff

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Two years of nursing management or supervisory experience
• Two years of experience working with adults in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Pay

$80,000-$85,000 competitive salary

Schedule

Consistent Day Shift Schedule
Monday-Friday Work Week (no weekends)
