Qualifications

  • High School Graduate
  • General knowledge of staffing and payroll related functions
  • Computer skills including EMR, Email and Word/Excel
  • 2 Years of Clinical/Clerical and/or Administrative Support Experience

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Nursing clerical duties: i.e.: Daily Schedule Coordination/Data Entry/Payroll Processing/Calendar Management
  • Prepare forms, correspondence, and communication with families and Residents
  • Absorb and follow Company and Center policies and procedures
  • File various documents
  • Assist with Staff Scheduling/Labor Allocations as necessary
  • Assist with other administrative support duties as assigned
