The unit includes neurological, medical, and surgical patients, and is a Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center. Key Responsibilities Deliver advanced patient care in a 32-bed high-energy environment.Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.Utilize technology and evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Valid RN license in the state or applicable compact licensure.Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred, ADN acceptable.Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.Strong communication, professionalism, and compassionate care skills.
