About the Role
The Nurse Residency Site Coordinator is a leadership position responsible for managing and enhancing the nurse residency program at the site level.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with program leadership and clinical teams to maintain program standards, structure, and curriculum.
- Facilitate residency classes, track measurable outcomes, and ensure program effectiveness and sustainability.
- Support faculty, preceptors, residents, and leadership by assessing practice gaps and promoting high-quality, mission-driven experiences.
- Serve as the on-site champion, ensuring alignment across teams and providing visible support to residents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in acute care.
- Current RN licensure in relevant states.
- BLS certification.
Skills
- Ability to develop, evaluate, and refine program processes.
- Foster interprofessional collaboration.
- Support resident progression.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, free from weekends and holidays.
