About the role
Beloit Health System is hiring for a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join their Counseling Care team at Beloit Memorial Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide psychopharmacology services, including medication management and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing.
- Current certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
