About the role
Nurse Practitioner position in a Walk‑In Clinic at PeaceHealth Peace Harbor Medical Center in Florence, OR. Each clinician is supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant and has access to additional specialists including a Diabetes Educator, RN Care Coordinators, Wound Care, Dermatology, Behavioral Health, Palliative Care and Women’s Health teams. The environment is collaborative and Oregon grants Full Practice Authority to NPs.

Responsibilities
- Manage a daily patient caseload of approximately 15‑18 patients.
- Work closely with an assigned Medical Assistant.
- Collaborate with Diabetes Educator, RN Care Coordinators, Wound Care, Dermatology, Behavioral Health, Palliative Care and Women’s Health specialists to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Hold national certification as an NP or PA.
- Ability to obtain an Oregon NP or PA license.
- Current DEA certification or ability to obtain one.
- Preferred experience in Urgent Care, Walk‑In Clinic, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related setting.
