Role: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Internal Medicine Transplant Nephrology. Responsibilities Include Providing advanced clinical care to kidney transplant and complex nephrology patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.Managing inpatient and outpatient care to ensure comprehensive patient management.Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.Participating in patient and family education to enhance understanding and engagement.Supporting research, quality improvement, and teaching initiatives within an academic environment.
