Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Urgent Care- Bloomington (Part-Time)
About the role
Part-time position offering 2 shifts per week (12-hour shifts) with rotating weekends. Clinic hours are 8:00 AM–8:00 PM weekdays and 8:00 AM–6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. No call responsibilities; 100% outpatient care for patients aged 3 months and up.

Responsibilities
- Provide urgent care services to patients aged 3 months and up
- Perform minor procedures and evaluations
- Conduct occupational medicine evaluations and DOT physicals
Requirements
- FNP or PA certification required
- At least 6 months of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
- Must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire
