About the role
We are seeking qualified physician assistants or nurse practitioners to join a dynamic healthcare team. This full-time, onsite role involves conducting patient assessments, physical exams, collecting clinical data, performing occupational medicine evaluations, and completing accurate patient coding and reports. The provider will serve as a clinical leader, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements
- Valid New York licensure
- DEA certification
