About the role
This opportunity offers a full-time position as an OBGYN Advanced Practitioner. The role is outpatient only, with no OR time or call associated.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care under the supervision of physicians.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met.
- Manage patient encounters, ordering tests, and interpreting results.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as an Advanced Practice Provider in Missouri.
- Completion of an accredited advanced practice provider program.
- Experience in OBGYN or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- At least 12 months of employment as a Mercy employee prior to course start date for tuition reimbursement.
