Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Family Medicine

About the role

You’ll join a collaborative group of physicians and caregivers focused on providing team-based, high-value care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum family medicine, including pediatrics
• Work in a multidisciplinary team setting with a behaviorist, nurse quality supervisor, clinical pharmacist, registered nurses, and a medical social worker
• Access to a range of subspecialties

Requirements

• Full-time, 4 to 4.5 days per week
• Monday to Friday with possible weekday off
• No weekend hours and no call

• Interest in full spectrum family medicine, including pediatrics
