Job Summary
CommunityCare Kistler, an FQHC lookalike model and affiliated with Geisinger, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their family medicine team.
Job Duties
The Advanced Practitioner must be able to treat all ages (birth to geriatric).

- Certification(s) and License(s): Certified Physician Assistant - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA); Basic Life Support Certification - Default Issuing Body
