Join an established Primary Care group as a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant at Providence Lacey Family Medicine Clinic in the beautiful community of Lacey, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative and mission-driven team environment
• Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with 4,10-hour shifts and up to 1 day of telehealth possible
• Outpatient care only
• DAX Copilot AI scribe documentation service available for all clinicians at no charge
• Centralized Triage and In-basket Support
• Team-based care with RN co-visits and Integrated Clinical Services (PharmD, BHI, RD)
• Patient-Centered medical home

Requirements

• Experienced candidates only
• Outpatient care only

Qualifications

• Full license to practice in Washington State
• Current DEA registration
• Experience in primary care preferred

Pay

Compensation is between $128,525 and $148,019 per year. Compensation has additional quarterly bonuses available.
