Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Family Medicine

About the role

This is a full-spectrum practice focused on high-quality care in a collaborative team environment. This medical home modeled facility offers embedded services such as clinical pharmacy services, diabetic nutrition, and onsite lab and radiography.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a family medicine setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education
• Contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care and satisfaction

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Washington state
• Experience working in a family medicine setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• At least 2 years of relevant experience

Pay

Compensation is between $128,525 and $148,019 per year. The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.

Schedule

4-to 5-day workweek options with shared after-hours phone call. No weekends.
